I´ve stumbled upong this curious website, where you can see the kitchen of a Tokyo sushi bar in real time. The camera can be moved by the viewer and it´s really nice watch the cooks preparing all kind of sushi stuff. They´re “live” from 11:00 - 14:30 and from 16:30 - 22:40, Japanese Time. A tasty view!
